COLORADO MEMBER BENEFITS

The members of our chapter invite you to be part of a group of Colorado photographers who share your passion and avocation. One of our goals is bringing together regional Colorado photographers to cultivate mutual understanding and friendships. The Colorado chapter was formed in 1981, and has grown to be one of the strongest of 37 national chapters. The national ASMP organization works for all photographers around the world.

• Publications: You receive four ASMP "Colorado Image" newsletters a year and emails announcing all meetings.
• Educational programs and meetings: Eight to ten major programs a year (free to all members) which feature a range of international and national speakers/ photographers who are experts in our profession, plus technical updates, business practices and information on the latest in equipment and techniques.
• Find a Colorado Photographer listing: Your listing on our website makes it easy for potential clients to find you.
• A network of local support: For photographic assistants, for new photographers, and for all photo professionals.

General and Associate Members:
You'll receive many publications from national including The ASMP Business Bible guidelines and white papers on a wide range of subjects including copyright law, business practices, digital and current photographic trends, and legal forms to assist you in operating a successful business.

Photographic Assistants (Affiliate members):
You receive a free listing in our newsletter, an assistant representative on the Board of Directors, and the many benefits listed above.
